WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role is not your typical Customer-facing position. Closer to a data entry position that supports the customer service team:
  • Provide premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication and a proactive approach.
  • Answer in- coming emails and calls from customer service team, account team members, and internal partners.
  • Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations.
  • Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Required 1+ years of SAP/CRP Knowledge
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel (medium to high understanding), PowerPoint preferred
  • Business Intelligence (BI) System experience nice to have
  • Order Book management nice to have
