WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role is not your typical Customer-facing position. Closer to a data entry position that supports the customer service team:
- Provide premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication and a proactive approach.
- Answer in- coming emails and calls from customer service team, account team members, and internal partners.
- Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations.
- Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.
- Required 1+ years of SAP/CRP Knowledge
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel (medium to high understanding), PowerPoint preferred
- Business Intelligence (BI) System experience nice to have
- Order Book management nice to have
