BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Boston, MA 02108

Position Title:  Customer Service Representative

Location: Boston, MA 02108

Anticipated Start Date: 1-2 weeks

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 7 months

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: [$15/HR -  $16.10/HR]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Position Description:

·         Each of these employees will receive extensive training for specific purposes, which includes AFC System (Automated Fare Collection) training and Ticket Office Machine (TOM) training which enables them to produce CharlieCards for the general public and reduced fare customers within the CharlieCards Store.

·         Scope of Work Responsibilities include creating CharlieCards for general public and reduced fare customers utilizing the AFC system and TOM, responding to customer e-mails/complaints, answering telephone calls, inputting/data entry into our web-based mailing system and various spreadsheets, mailing reduced fare CharlieCards to customers, updating our TAP (Transportation Access Pass) database, performing various other duties to assist with servicing our customers.
