Responsibilities Performs various functions associated with the AIDHC drug distribution system and demonstrates familiarity with the general duties and responsibilities of a Pharmacy technician including: Cart fill Pyxis functionality IV preparation (e.g. syringes, admixtures, hazardous, continuous renal replacement therapy, total parenteral nutrition, etc.) Unit dose packaging Filling outpatient prescriptions (data entry, third party processing, barcoding) Unit inspections Oral liquid compounding Stock inventory maintenance and replenishment Code cart process Selling prescriptions at POS Delivery of prescriptions Fielding phone calls Medication Delivery Pharmacy products are distributed accurately, with the appropriate quantity and at the time the product is needed during hourly medication delivery and batch delivery. Inventory Control Job Requirements High School Diploma required. One (1) year of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred. Certified Pharmacy Technician required.
