In addition to its audio entertainment businesses, SiriusXM offers connected vehicle services to automakers.How you'll make an impact:The Director of Change Management will be an effective leader, communicator and change champion and will be responsible for developing and implementing the change management strategy for our company in partnership with the SVP of Organizational Culture and Change Management. The ideal candidate should have experience developing change management methodology and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, as well as a strong understanding of organizational development and training. Additionally, the successful candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.What you'll do:Define and drive the implementation of the Change Management Strategy and Plan, that would support identification and analysis of change adoption risks and implementation of counter measures.Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the organization.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure successful organizational change.Identify and assess the scope of change initiatives and develop plans accordingly.Identify and assess potential risks associated with change management initiatives.Monitor and evaluate the progress and success of change management initiatives.Lead meetings to identify, plan, and implement change initiatives.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate change management activities and results.What you'll need:Minimum 10 years of related experience in a large and complex organization8+ years of specific experience managing and execu
