A leading surgical hospital located in the heart of Indiana is now seeking an experienced Nurse Director Performance Improvement to join their award winning healthcare team. This renowned healthcare organization is known as one of the largest specialty practices in the Midwest, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a professional patient-centered environment. The team combines experienced medical professionals that specialize in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, spine care, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle care, and physical therapy. This organization is also ACR accredited and HFAP certified. Reporting to the CNO, the Nurse Director Performance Improvement offers strategic and leadership support that emphasizes quality patient care outcomes. Responsibilities include developing quality control and risk management programs, working directly with department leaders and physician partners, ensuring system alignment of quality goals, preparing for regulatory surveys, and has oversight of department financials.
