Job Summary:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will be primarily responsible for providing organizational change management consulting services to external clients. The OCM Consultant will collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and vendor implementors to create and implement change execution strategies, aiming to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency of changes for increased benefit realization and successful outcomes for clients. A secondary responsibility for the OCM Consultant will be to provide talent & organizational effectiveness consulting services including, but not limited to, executive coaching, training, and organizational studies. In addition to the core responsibilities, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant at Arrowhead Consulting will play a pivotal role in business development to drive sustained growth and client satisfaction.

Organizational Change Management (75%):
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to clients' needs, considering organizational culture, stakeholder dynamics, and project objectives.
  • Lead change readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and areas of resistance within the organization.
  • Design and implement communication plans to effectively convey the rationale behind change initiatives and foster buy-in at all levels.
  • Develop training plans and materials to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully navigate and adopt changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders on change management best practices and methodologies.
  • Utilize OCM tools and techniques to measure and track the success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Consulting (25%):
  • Conduct executive coaching sessions to support leaders in navigating organizational changes, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving employee engagement.
  • Facilitate training workshops and seminars on topics such as leadership development, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and change leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and dynamic public speaker, delivering engaging presentations at conferences, seminars, and industry events.
  • Conduct organizational studies and assessments to identify areas for improvement in talent management, performance optimization, and organizational design.
  • Design and administer surveys to gather insights on employee satisfaction, organizational culture, and readiness for change, utilizing data analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, talent development, and consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in survey design, administration, and data analysis using tools such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) and/or executive coaching (e.g., ICF) is highly desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client engagements as needed.
