Position Summary:

PlayPower, Inc. is in the process of implementing OneStream to upgrade its current consolidation and financial reporting system to drive automation, improve financial reporting capabilities, and deliver better insights to Management. This position is responsible for serving as the OneStream subject matter expert and managing the application on a day-to-day basis. These responsibilities include supporting the monthly close and consolidation process, maintaining / updating financial reports, monitoring security access rights, and leading the deployment of future OneStream modules. The position will report to the Director of Accounting and Reporting who oversees the Company’s financial reporting and will collaborate closely with Business Unit leaders throughout the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

Serve as OneStream subject matter expert for implementation, enhancement, support, and maintenance of application features such as consolidations, account reconciliations, and any future custom projects or marketplace solutions

Maintain the OneStream application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production and Development)

Manage the monthly consolidation process and partner with Business Unit leaders to ensure financials are uploaded into OneStream timely and accurately

Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms as needed

Create and maintain business rules and transformation logic for integrations with the Company’s source systems

Assist finance and technology leaders to define the roadmap for the OneStream platform

Support the day-to-day operations management of the OneStream Environment and other related products as the primary reporting/consolidation platform

Implement the OneStream Account Reconciliation Tool

Manage and support the monthly account reconciliation process utilizing the OneStream Account Reconciliation Tool

Maintain user administration, setup of new users, assigning roles and access levels

Evaluate and maintain effective internal controls over the financial reporting process

Create business requirement documents, SOPs, training materials, supporting documents and update as needed

Manage third-party vendor relationships, including coordinating with the Company’s implementation partner when a new application is deployed and/or as complex solutions are needed to address a business requirement

Serves as the Company's primary liaison with OneStream for support requests, escalating issues, and product enhancement requests

Ensure upgrades and patches from OneStream are coordinated with timing of the organization and appropriately tested

Operate with a high degree of professionalism, commitment, urgency, and accountability

Perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred

2+ years of experience with financial reporting / consolidation software such as OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), or other EPM solutions

Multidivisional, international consolidation experience preferred

Knowledgeable of finance, accounting, internal control principals including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

SQL knowledge to develop and maintain queries is preferred but not required

Strong financial systems background with integration experience preferred

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections

Strong organizational skills; well organized and self-directed with excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills

Must be a self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

Must have a strong sense of personal accountability, taking ownership of initiatives, delivering top quality results, and the ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks

Possess the qualities of attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and completeness

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred

Environmental/Physical Demands:

This is an in-office position with light travel up to 20%

Office environment; no specific or unusual environmental or physical demands

Personal protective equipment required when entering production shop area

Personal protective equipment required per stated COVID precautions
