Description of the role:
The Receptionist at Blasius Kia in Watertown, Connecticut plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and representing the company's values. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist greets visitors, answers phone calls, and directs inquiries to the appropriate department. This individual will also perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems, office equipment, and computer software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Customer service-oriented
- Must be available for nights and Saturdays
