Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- High school degree or equivalent with business curriculum required
- Typing, filing, correspondence composition, and computer skills required
