Avera is looking for a Revenue Recovery Specialist
Position Highlights:

Job Summary
* The Revenue Recovery Specialist is responsible for follow up of unpaid accounts; review, resolution and analysis of credit balance accounts as well as follow up and appeals of denied claims.
* Responsible to handle claims billing after claims are denied, as well as corrected claims and secondary billing.
* Required to handle communications and follow up related to unpaid claims and insurance appeals.
* Track and monitor appeals for reporting purposes, reconcile accounts involving reimbursement adjustments and provide regular feedback to the Revenue Recovery Supervisor and Manager.
Education and/or Experience
* HS Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
* One to two years related experience preferred.
Work Schedule
* Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
* $19.25 - $24.25 per hour
