Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. Tis is a technical Sage Systems Analyst role. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sage financial systems, including Sage Integration, Concur, and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This person will serve as a IT financial systems bridge for our growing business analytics team, creating programmatic solutions to help ensure business data accurately feeds to the company's financial systems (Sage).

*Must have extensive experience with SAGE integrations and AP Modules in SAGE. Experience working with standard business workflows (purchases, payables, receivables and resulting data forms) is a plus
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our financial systems, ensuring seamless integration between Sage and Concur, and enhancing our Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay processes. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and financial process knowledge to drive system improvements and support our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sage and Concur Integration:
  • Manage and optimize the integration between Sage and Concur, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with IT and finance teams to enhance integration processes and functionality.
Sage Financial Systems Management:
  • Administer and maintain Sage financial systems, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee and improve the AP modules within Sage, including invoice processing, payment management, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process:
  • Optimize and streamline the Procure-to-Pay process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to address and resolve issues related to P2P.
System Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and generate reports to support financial decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Sage and Concur systems, ensuring effective utilization and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CISA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Sage financial systems, with a focus on system implementation, maintenance, and accounting reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Proven experience working with Sage financial systems and Concur, including hands-on experience with Sage Integration and AP modules.
  • Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process and best practices.
  • Proficiency in system analysis, data management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial systems upgrades and integrations is highly desirable.
