Skills & Qualifications for a Financial Systems Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Coding and/or Accounting Certifications are also considered.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or specialized Data Analysis in these areas.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience utilizing SQL for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Analytics and Visualization tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, or Looker (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and contribute to project teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of achieving consensus with peers and conveying complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
