About the Job: The Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator is part of the HR team and plays a significant role in

the day-to-day administration of the HR department with accountability for the smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of HR support to the organization including

the following:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of time entries and time worked records and processing payroll within deadlines
  • Coordinating with accounting in the generation of reporting and recordkeeping
  • Benefit Administration/Leave Administration
  • Internal record reconciliation, updates, and maintenance, including HRIS, Benefit Portals, and Payroll
  • Coordinating the recruiting and selection process including collaborating with hiring managers, posting ads, phone screens, and creating offer packets
  • Coordinating onboarding processes with all participants
  • Meeting with newly hired team members to review new hire information, including benefits
  • Assisting team members with day-to-day HR inquiries and needs
  • Participating in the coordination of team events
  • Researching and implementing best practices related to process and HR initiatives
  • Keeping current on HR compliance on the Federal, State, Local, and Industry levels
Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite full time
  • 1+ years of HR related experience (internship/professional)
  • Bachelor's degree Preferred


Salary: $22-25/hr
