ReportAll USA is seeking a Sales Operations & Development Associate to add to their team. The purpose of this position is to grow revenue by providing operational support to the sales team, signing up new corporate clients, and generating new sales leads. Successful candidates for this position will be task-oriented, able to manage many different daily functions while demonstrating an aptitude for consultative selling and an eagerness to grow professionally. This role will work with the sales and operations teams to understand processes, create organization efficiencies, and generate new business revenue. The ideal candidate will be located in Northeast Ohio, although the position is eligible for remote work.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform in a collaborative, team environment, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders
  • Import lead lists and create new leads within Salesforce, assigning to the appropriate member of the sales team as directed
  • Maintain the data integrity of Salesforce by regularly reviewing reports and performing monthly audits of leads, accounts, opportunities, and payments
  • Manage a sales pipeline of Corporate Account leads for two product lines, responding to inbound inquiries and maintaining communication with prospects until they decide to purchase.
  • Generate new leads through online research via tools such as LinkedIn, RocketReach, and search engines
  • Schedule meetings for the sales directors by conducting outreach to the new leads generated
  • Complete operational sales support tasks as assigned by sales directors (e.g., loading sample data to a prospect's account, creating a lead list from a tradeshow, or generating a Salesforce report)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Associates degree in a sales, technology, or communications related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in a software environment to verify functionality is being implemented according to specifications
  • Ability to work individually with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Capable of working effectively with remote teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Outreach, RocketReach, or other sales tools is preferred
