ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Evaluate current organizational processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains to support the broader business. This will include documentation of said processes, communication and training, and captaining change management.
  • Facilitate and drive solutions through the development of business cases, and business requirement specifications in conjunction with the appropriate stakeholders. The incumbent is responsible for contributing to measurable benefits and ensuring that implementations have minimal disruption to ongoing business activities.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects, employing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM) to drive ongoing process enhancements.
  • Assess performance, review options, and make recommendations for changes to existing procedures and systems. Captains the implementation of approved changes, including documentation, communication, and training.
  • Work with newly acquired businesses to integrate into enterprise operational systems and processes. This will include assistance with training of the staff during the transitional period.
  • Drives efforts to streamline, standardize and optimize business process for the entire enterprise.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in project or change management roles. Experience at a managerial level preferred.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills. Must be able to take data and documentation of processes, identify areas for improvement, and write a business case for change.
  • Proven ability to dive deep into complex challenges and understand how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Change management expertise with the ability to lead and influence others.
  • This position requires up to 10% overnight travel.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will supervise one or more Project Managers or Specialists.
