Are you a detail-oriented accountant with a passion for the education sector? My client is seeking a dynamic Accountant to temporarily join their team and contribute to their mission of excellence in education. This role offers the chance to utilize your skills in financial statements and reporting, month-end close procedures, reconciliations, and troubleshooting discrepancies. You'll play a crucial role in managing collections and aging receivables reports, processing journal entries and invoices, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. Your knowledge of GAAP and accrual-based accounting will be vital to your success in this role.

The team values independent workers with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills. While prior experience in the education sector is preferred, it is not required. An Associate's degree is highly desirable and will set you apart as a candidate.
