Work Objectives:
Maintain relationships with large customers.
Experience in a Manufacturing Environment a plus
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Environment Experience)
Track customer orders throughout the production process, manage inventory accounts, and communicate finished good amounts.
Make suggestions to both client and internally to management for improving business.
Skilled Problem Solver
Communicate information regarding products, proformas, invoices, POs, and final payments with assigned customers.
Able to work well with a team and with little supervision.
Able to follow through with direction from team lead while being proactive and productive on your own time.
Develop strong working relationships with management, peers and clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Document data and customer information in a way that is helpful when solving customer or company problems and anticipating/avoiding future problems.
Help create effective long-term policies and procedures for your team/department.
Ensure effective communication between teams (Lab, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Account Management and Managerial teams).

Motivated/Self-Starter, ability to work with limited Supervision.
Friendly, respectful, reliable - able to work well on a team and with Supervisor direction.
Strong ability to multi-task.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
