Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for both sourcing top-tier candidates and conducting new business development to acquire new clients. Additionally, the Account Manager will manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Leverage Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates who meet the specific requirements of open positions.
Screen candidate resumes and profiles to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Engage with potential candidates to gauge their interest and availability.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new clients within the designated region.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them.
Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
Present Diamond Peak Recruiting's services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
Account Management:
Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their open positions and candidates.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Participate in networking events and industry associations to expand professional network and stay current with market developments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter or account manager in the recruitment industry.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct thorough candidate research and identify qualified candidates.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
