Great opportunity to contribute to a smaller accounting team, no micro-management, and friendly work environment. Seeking candidates with 3+ years of property accounting, Appfolio software experience, and detail orientated. Can interview ASAP and ideal start date or April 1st.
Description:
Preparing financial reports.
Maintaining records of company assets.
Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers, accounts, portfolios and balance sheets.
Handling taxes, budgeting, payroll and general monthly expenses.
Managing deposits and reconciliations.
Ensuring accuracy of information concerning properties and tenants.
Skills:
Appfolio property manager, Accounts receivable, Accounting, General ledger, Reconciliation, Month end, Real Estate, Accounts payable, and Invoicing
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of property management accounting
- Proficient in Appfolio
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related business concentration
