Develop and implement strategies that build talent, enhance skills, and support business transformation. Collaborate with national Talent Development and Region Team Development Directors to develop and rollout national development programs, including, onboarding, leadership programs, digital learning, environmental and social sustainability, and other skills-based initiatives.
