The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play an important role in the success of our organization as the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. This role accepts ownership of signing up new customers, solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; by providing a high level of customer service and care to our customers throughout the local Medina market and our other markets as support.

The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Care Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from current and prospective customers
  • Initiate outbound calls to current and prospective customers (warm leads)
  • Identify and resolve customers' needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions.
  • Help customers with billing, service and account issues
  • Document call information according to standard procedures
  • Provide customers with introductory information and help guide them for an Internet solution that meets their needs.
  • Provide Lit Fiber product offerings to customers and educate them about the benefits.
  • Support walk-in customer needs in the Experience Center Store
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment, or related experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Word

Reporting To: Customer Care Supervisor
