We are on the lookout for a positive, highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a valued member of the customer service department, you play a direct role in shaping our reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate excels in navigating and overcoming customer concerns and challenges, maintains grace under pressure and delivers an unwavering commitment to excellence that significantly contributes to the success of the team. Beyond technical proficiency, our preferred candidate values teamwork, prioritizes customer service, and actively fosters a positive attitude in all aspects of their work.

Basic Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a phone lead, call center, customer service manager or similar role within the customer service industry
  • Schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed
  • MS Suite + CRM savvy
  • Sales Force CRM experience is a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer centric attitude
  • High school degree
  • Strong ability to adapt and pivot swiftly to changes in customer and business requirements, with a tolerance for stress and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Must exhibit a positive and motivated demeanor with excellent communication skills, demonstrating resilience and the capacity to maintain composure under pressure
Responsibilities:
  • Answer high inbound call volume 60+ call a day
  • Provide basic and accurate information via phone/email/text
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments for the sales staff and installations department
  • Take detailed notes from each inbound call describing the homeowner's project/issue
  • Accurately input all customers info name/address/phone/email into CRM
  • Sales support for schedule changes and cancellations
