Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team. The positions focus on email-based customer interactions, order processing, and collaboration with the sales department to enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Handle customer orders and inquiries via email efficiently and accurately.
  • Account Investigation: Address and resolve issues related to customer accounts, such as open invoices and credit holds.
  • Product Support: Provide detailed information about product availability, delivery, and return procedures.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, such as missing items.
  • Sales Collaboration: Assist the sales team by preparing accounts, providing leads, and offering administrative support.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, with order entry experience preferred
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and technologically adept.
  • Soft Skills: Independent, proactive, inquisitive, capable of prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and effective listening.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:45 am-5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am-2:00 pm
  • Start Date: Immediate start preferred
