Accountant

to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) processes, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate records. Manage accounts payable (A/P) activities, including processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial statements. Reconcile credit card transactions and statements, ensuring all expenses are properly documented and coded. Process payroll accurately and timely, including maintaining employee records and handling payroll-related inquiries. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and statements, providing detailed analysis as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Assist with special accounting projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, and payroll processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
