Zurich is currently hiring a Customer Support Analyst to join their team This role provides first level telephone and electronic support services to internal & external customers related to general inquiries; including policy questions, claims information, and consumer complaints. Zurich is open to hiring talent at the headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

In this role you will be responsible for:

* Responding to basic inquiries.

* Performs standardized operational tasks to ensure that the service levels and performance are met. Takes action where necessary to address or escalate performance or operational issues.

* Reports service performance to line management and provides feedback on execution of standardized operational tasks to business.

* Documents all inquiries into the appropriate ticketing system.

* Complies with department standards and polices.

* Supports the end-user satisfaction process and service improvement programs.

* Manages incident escalations and complaints, working with appropriate parties to resolve.

* Supports business in disaster recovery testing.

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Application Support area

OR

* Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Application Support area

AND

* Customer service experience

* Experience in analyzing computer problems

* Rating Experience

* Coding Experience

* Must be able to work flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

* Insurance industry experience

* Organization skills

* Customer Focus Driven

* Call Center Knowledge

* Ability to efficiently function in a high pace/high call volume environment

* Detailed Oriented
