Help Desk Analyst Job Description

IDR, Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving incidents and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Mac laptops, as well as other computer hardware and peripherals
  • Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the computing environment
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working in an IT Service Desk/Support role
  • 1+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac laptops
  • Knowledge of remote support tools and Intune for Endpoint Management
  • Hands-on experience building laptops and re-imaging laptops
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
