IDR, Inc. is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving incidents and requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve technical issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows and Mac laptops, as well as other computer hardware and peripherals
- Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the computing environment
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working in an IT Service Desk/Support role
- 1+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac laptops
- Knowledge of remote support tools and Intune for Endpoint Management
- Hands-on experience building laptops and re-imaging laptops
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
