NTN is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator (Hybrid Office Schedule) for our Farmington Hills, MI office.

This is an inside sales position which manages product shipment activity between NTN plants and the customer according to releases. Coordinates with a number of internal support groups (listed below) to ensure 100% on time delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Order Entry and Data Maintenance
  • Process customer orders received either by EDI, e-mail, fax or phone
  • Coordinate with various support departments within NTN to make sure inventory is ordered and stocked for all customers' orders. These may include sample, prototype and R&D orders
  • Ensure 100% ON-TIME Delivery
  • Maintain customer paperwork to IATF 16949 standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests (RBAs, PDs, Deliveries)
  • Maintain electronic files to process orders correctly (Item Master, Interchange, Bar Code and EDI)

Qualifications:

  • Associates' Degree in Business or related field.
  • 1-3 years' business/customer service / automotive experience.
  • Experience in working for a manufacturing company preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Organized, analytical, multi-task oriented.
