Customer Service Representative
at our current Brockton, MA location which will be moving to a more modern facility located in Stoughton MA by year end.
Essential Functions:
Field customer inquiries for assigned accounts.
Provide thorough follow-up, process orders, and prepare quotations.
Manage customer orders and expedite as needed.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
Collaborate closely with regional sales managers, operations, and engineering teams on customer inquiries.
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
Business acumen with experience in technical product sales.
Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing-related industry.
Desired Skills:
Experience with customer portals for order receipt and fulfillment.
Two years college education preferred.
Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a plus.
