Director of Finance Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform decision-making. Monitor key SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV) and provide actionable insights to optimize performance. Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions. Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and updates to private equity stakeholders. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales incentive plans. Support sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure alignment with financial goals. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability. Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial drivers. Experience working with private equity-backed companies and managing investor relationships. Strong collaboration skills with a track record of partnering effectively with sales teams. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
