Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming service calls related to Client's accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide functional support for Cash Management products, Client's Online, and the Mobile App.
  • Address general account and financial-related inquiries.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Multi-task and adjust quickly to changes in a dynamic financial service center.
Required Qualifications:
  • College Degree.
  • Previous contact center experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changes in procedures and workload.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a financial services contact center.
  • Knowledge of Client's products and services.
