The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing incoming calls related to various service inquiries on clients' accounts. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Assist clients with cash management products, account-related inquiries, and online/mobile app support. Meet or exceed key performance metrics consistently to ensure high-quality service. Provide information and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. Utilize company resources effectively to assist clients with a range of financial and account-related inquiries. Qualifications: strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner. Commitment to delivering world-class customer service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
