Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries related to Client accounts. You will respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. The successful candidate will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to providing world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on Client accounts, ensuring high accuracy in responses.
  • Provide functional support for Client Cash Management products and services, as well as the Client Online client website and mobile app.
  • Address general account and financial-related inquiries from clients.
  • Consistently meet key performance metrics and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cash management products and online banking services.
Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications in customer service or financial services are a plus.
