Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing strategies, and determine candidate selection criteria

  • Conduct thorough phone interviews with candidates, document interview notes in the Applicant Tracking System, and recommend qualified candidates
  • Manage the hiring process and maintain recruiting reports in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Serve as company ambassador; represent our company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
