Title: Manager of Finance, Lewiston

What You'll Do:
  • Assist with annual operating and capital budget working in cooperation with program directors and executive leadership and facilitates loading of detailed budget information into general ledger.
  • Preparation and analysis of monthly internal financial statements identifying and reporting variances and trends to include maintaining Account Analysis Reports
  • Assists with coordination of information for yearly financial audit, annual pension audit and various tax returns.
  • Oversight and maintenance of information in general ledger system, coordinating month end closing operations with payroll and accounts receivable leadership.
  • Maintenance and oversight of accounts payable function, expense reporting and general ledger maintenance including development and maintenance of chart of accounts.
  • Prepares analysis and provides education as requested or needed by program directors and managers.
  • Monitors cash position to assure that funds are available to cover operational needs, balances bank statements with cash accounts.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance of related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years working in health care or related setting.
  • Ability to influence, educate and lead Accounting team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of automated accounting systems used by department.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to organize, file and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to function well in deadline-oriented environment.
