Overview of Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is managing client's payables and receivables to ensure the financial records of the client are accurate.

ResponsibilitiesAccounts payableAccounts receivableEnsuring accuracy by entering all backup for payables and receivablesMaintain each clients payable listBank reconciliationsJournal entry postingFinancial statement preparationMonthly reportingOther duties, as assigned

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:2 years of experience in managing account payables and receivablesExcellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email)Sense of urgencyKeen eye for detailsAbility to quickly shift gears without losing focusExperience with Zenith is appreciated but not required.
