Job Summary: DebtBlue is seeking a Digital & Direct Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of our PPC campaigns and direct mail initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both digital advertising and traditional marketing, ensuring cohesive and effective multichannel strategies. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic web editing is highly preferred. The Digital & Direct Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing.

Pay: $20 - $25 hr (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5 pm or 9-6 pm.

What you'll do:

PPC Campaign Management:

  • Create, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms (Google
    Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign
    improvement.
  • Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and A/B testing.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBi, Zoho
    Analytics, etc.).
  • Implement strategies for audience targeting and retargeting.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Manage budget allocations and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Marketing.
Direct Mail Management:
  • Plan, develop, and execute direct mail campaigns to target specific customer segments.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create compelling and brand-compliant mail pieces.
  • Oversee the production and distribution process, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a database of customer addresses and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of direct mail campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors (printers, mailing houses).
  • Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company policies.
  • Develop strategies to increase response rates and ROI for direct mail initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate direct mail with

What we are looking for:
  • Must be able to work in-office/onsite
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with web editing and light coding (HTML, CSS) is highly preferred.
  • Capable of UI/UX editing to improve user experience across digital platforms.
  • Previous debt industry experience is preferred but not required.
