Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies in line with brand values, personality, culture and objectives. Brainstorm content ideas and curate and manage high-quality content as is laid out in the editorial calendar for posting across all platforms. Create and oversee social campaigns. Produce content that is consistent across platforms. Track the performance of posts, monitor engagement levels. Engage with the community and respond to comments, questions, complaints, and praise in a timely manner. Social listening and monitoring. Liaise with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all social media messages. Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach. Build relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders. Stay up to date with digital technology trends and social media best practices. Measure and report on the community performance, feedback, and insights identify and implement opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.

What You Need To Succeed: Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills. Creativity. Hands-on experience with social media management for brands. Technical understanding and experience using social media management tools (e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite). Understanding of owned, paid and earned. Ability to identify, track and interpret relevant social metrics. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications: B2B and tech experience. Proficient in using content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. An ability to understand and use data to inform decisions and strategies. Desired Attributes: Organized, proactive, adaptable, resourceful, responsible, investigative, passionate, self-starter, operates with a sense of urgency, seeks input.
