**Job Title: Press Operator****Job Description**We are seeking 5-6 skilled press operators for our stamping facility located in Goshen. The successful candidates will be operating at least two presses simultaneously and will be responsible for setups along with the setup technicians, averaging 2-3 per day. They will set up each job and run a first piece to be inspected by a supervisor or a quality tech. The role also involves attaching a coil to an overhead crane and loading it into the decoiler. In addition to setting up the machine, the operator will run the press to produce 1000 - 4000 parts per hour. The operator is also responsible for quality checks, with 30-minute logged checks as well as spot checks throughout the run. Available shifts include 1st shift (6a-2:30p), with the possibility of a 2nd shift for interested candidates. Pay ranges from $16-18 per hour for a qualified candidate and $20-22 per hour for candidates with 5+ years press operating and setup experience.**Hard Skills**+ 2+ years of automatic stamping press operating experience+ Ability to read basic blueprints+ Experience with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc)**Soft Skills**+ Mechanically inclined**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Goshen, Indiana.**Work Environment**Stamping facility**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
