Summary: The desired candidate will be a well-rounded Senior Level IT support resource responsible for a wide range of technical support tasks as well as having opportunities to influence IT architectural direction specific to Client's Active Directory, ADFS, and Windows Server environments. The position will also include installing, troubleshooting and maintenance of technical software, automation of technical IT activities where possible for AWS Services, interfacing with Application Development personnel and participating in a 24/7 On-Call rotation. A strong knack and desire to perform troubleshooting activities is required with AWS Cloud Services in addition to AD and AD Federation Services. The technologies involved include all non-business-related software used at the bank from 3rd parties. This is not a traditional operating system, or network or storage admin position, but a good working knowledge and background of those disciplines is necessary with a strong desire for Active Directory and Windows and Linux OS experience. The ability to code/script to help with automation in Ansible Tower, Microsoft PowerShell, building Infrastructure-As-Code with AmClienton CFTs, and a strong troubleshooting acumen is a plus. Prior application development experience preferred. Knowledge of SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL RDS DBs is a plus along with scripting languages like Python, MS PowerShell, YAML, and Linux Shell Scripting is a plus. There will be opportunities to work on cloud technologies inclusive of AmClienton and Clienture services and solutions. Familiarity with DevOps and Agile from an infrastructure and operations perspective is a plus. The candidate must be comfortable communicating with a wide variety of personnel including software vendors of client, application development partner teams, business personnel and upper management. This job is part of a medium-sized team of experienced IT professionals. The candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a large and fast paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer Client's Active Directory/ADFS/Windows Server environments running on AmClienton EC2 and assist with planning efforts to migrate to environments to Clienture AD/Clienture Federation Services - 30%
2. Install and maintain/upgrade key infrastructure application software running on Windows/Linux and document the infrastructure architecture supporting 3rd party software running on AWS EC2 - 20%
3. Monitor performance & availability of key infrastructure, and provide on-call support on a rotational fashion with the ability to work with other IT Teams on troubleshooting efforts as required - 20%
4. Participate in IT architectural sessions to provide expertise to the framework and design of COTS and Cloud solutions and lead medium/large size infrastructure projects - 20%
5. Code and develop standards for creating cloud infrastructure components/services approved for use by SLM from AWS. Design and implement automation solutions that increase team operational efficiencies -10%
6. Work with AmClienton technical partners, solutions, and services and participate in budgeting sessions as required
Required skills:

3. Competency with the operational aspects of complex hosting/networking/VPC/Security Groups etc.
4. Experience with multiple AWS Services/Infra-as-Code/Ansible.
5. Oracle/SQL/PostgreSQL RDS databases
6. Windows/Linux OS & EC2 management - Strong with Active Directory/Windows Server
7. Networking/Coding/Scripting (PowerShell, Unix Shell scripting, Python, YAML, JSON etc.)
8. IIS/.NET/Java
9. Middle tier technologies such as JBOSS EAP, Apache Tomcat etc.
10. Work experience in a DevOps/Agile culture
11. AmClienton cloud services technology
Education or Equivalent Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years' experience within Information Security or Systems Audit
3. Minimum 5+ years in large data center environments.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure projects.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within an organization.
6. DevOps/Agile practitioner
6. Cloud architecture experience
