In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.Job RequirementsInventory Material Handler Hours: 3pm to 11:30PMPay Rate: $19/hr.Temporary to Hire positionSUMMARY OF POSITIONThe job duties of the Inserting Inventory Material Handler are to keep our floor inventory organized, so material can be quickly added to work order carts. Picking the correct inventory, envelopes, and inserts is vital to the success of the plant. Order inventory from the warehouse and ensure it arrives in a timely manner. Performing other duties as requested.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOrganize the floor inventory.Keep the area clean and free of debris.Maintain proper labeling of shelf spaces.Ensure all boxes are labeled with the correct inventory code.Ordering Inventory from the warehouse.Carefully read the work order or requisitionOrder the correct stock in RIMS.Note the time and urgency of the order.Follow the order through to completion and note the time the order was delivered.90% of the time it is very light duty consisting of less than 10 pounds.10% of the time lifting 25 to 30 pounds. Add inventory to work order and cart. Carefully read the work orders. Select the correct envelopes. Pick the correct amount of product, plus 5%. For larger orders, use the count scale, count 10 of the envelopes. Using the count scale pick the correct number of envelopes, plus 5%. Select the correct insert. Pick the correct amount of product, plus 5%. Using the count scale, count 10 of the inserts. Using the count scale pick the correct number of envelopes, plus 5%.Delivery of materials via Powered equipmentOperate equipment safely and maintain certification.Delivery inventory to the floor.Return inventory to the warehouse.Note the time and urgency of the order.Follow the order through to completion and note the time the order was delivered.Other duties as requested.
