Job Description: As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes and procedures. You will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement initiatives that support our employees and align with our clients organizational goals. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, coordinating training programs, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage online training programs, including selecting appropriate platforms, developing content, scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and evaluating effectiveness to enhance employee learning and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Min 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with various HRIS systems and other HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
