Human Resources Administrator
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for human resources, recruitment, employment processing, benefits, employee relations and communications.
HR Duties:
- Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Explanation and administration of employee benefits programs along with processing payroll.
- Employee performance, annual compensation reviews, manager and employee development and succession planning.
Recruitment Duties:
- Determines applicant qualifications through interviewing applicants as necessary and verifies references. Refer applicants to hiring manager for interviews when needed.
Office Administration Duties:
- Coordinate office events/outings.
- Sort and deliver mail, bank deposits.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as directed and the administration of office management.
Education and Background:
- Bachelor`s degree.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in HR and Office management.
- Understanding of human resources policies and procedures and good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resources programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written & verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Sound judgement and confidentiality.
- A track record with sourcing, recruiting, and closing extraordinary talent.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
