responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Greet and manage visitors, ensuring proper protocols are followed.

  • Create and upload photo ID badges into WorkDay.

  • Process name plate requests and input location information in WorkDay.

  • Perform activities on Elink, SharePoint, Service Now, and respond to emails.

  • Coordinate with vendors for services and supplies.

  • Act as a liaison for large moves, weekly moves, additions, and changes.
Skills:

  • Relationship and interpersonal skills.

  • Adaptability and flexibility.

  • Customer service focus.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) is required.
