**About The Position**

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the strategic sales development process and managing assigned distributors and local retail customers. The Regional Sales Manager will provide overall direction, plan development and execution focused on the continued sales development of our brand in the region. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and manage sustainable growth opportunities such as route to market development, package distribution, pricing, and channel strategies. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Identify, develop, and execute key business building opportunities around quality, distribution, availability, promotion, display, merchandising and pricing that will support volume and share growth.

* Manage an effective communication process between multiple parties to maximize the execution of all programs.

* Ensure forecast accuracy.

* Effectively utilize all associated budgets to fully leverage brand potential.

* Develop business building presentations and timely reviews for distributors and local retail customers through effective use of syndicated data, customer channel data, trade information and brand facts.

* Conduct trade visits with distributors to inspect execution, competitive activity and to assess future opportunities.

* Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS:** To perform the Regional Sales Manager role successfully, the Regional Sales Manager must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily:

* The essential duties and responsibilities listed are representative of the 7-10 years experience

* We require a proven track record of successful performance managing fast moving consumer products goods

* Preferred experince selling in the premium water beverage category

* Non-alcoholic Beverage Sales Distributor experience preferred

* Excellent computer and presentation skills

* Valid drivers license with an insured automobile

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

* Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and various reporting and presentation tools.
