The Receptionist will be the main point of contact with external vendors, suppliers, and customers; assuring that our safety and visitor protocols are followed each time to maintain a safe working environment.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Greet all guests and callers in a professional and courteous manner ensuring that the initial impression is pleasant and in accordance with our core values.
- Ensure the quality of internal customer services offered, in addition to a maintaining acceptable response time
- Participate in the shipping and receiving for the Rogers Center of Excellence, including signing for all special deliveries, including checks, as well as USPS, FedEx and UPS.
- Transfer callers to the appropriate resource to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform office administrative responsibilities
- Perform data entry and scanning
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 Years office, receptionist and/or customer service experience
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and administrative processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
