Purpose

As one of our Director, Regional Sales, you will contribute to the team by: Identifying and initiating one-on-one dialog with new potential referral sources as well as maintaining positive relationships with existing referral sources Networking, building relationships, and educating referral partners within school districts on all the benefits of CENTEGIX products and services and how they save lives Communicating with clients regularly and responding to specific inquiries Prospect and sell to new clients Position Responsibilities Grow revenue with named accounts in the territory Recruit and engage referral partners in each state/region that can be influencers in the accounts and sign them into our partner program Identify, attend, and support annual conferences and events to establish relationships Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts Ensure that the CRM database contains accurate and complete account and process details Develop strong content knowledge in CENTEGIX’s products and services Work collaboratively with all customer operations teams to

identify/recommend/implement

improvements to improve the customer experience and enhance team productivity Requirements: Experience in K-12 education sales, preferably SaaS Experience selling at the school district level Demonstrated ability to secure net-new business and retain/expand strategic relationships Proficient with CRM software and account management systems Bachelor’s degree required Travel required Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must have a proven track record of demonstrated performance and success You will stand out from the pack if you have: Previous sales experience for an education technology company Experience using Salesforce CRM Proven dynamic presentation skills Capacity to listen and identify needs of the school districts Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs What’s in it for you?
