Responsibilities: Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management. Develop and manage budgets, working closely with department heads to ensure financial goals are met. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring their professional growth and development. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the accounting team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus. Proven experience in accounting management, preferably in a healthcare or related setting. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with financial software and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards.
