Controller Job Overview:

The Controller serves as a vital strategic partner for our clients, functioning as an integral part of their team. We are looking for individuals who can seamlessly integrate with our staff while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our clients.
  • Manage client relationships for 8-12 small businesses with evolving needs.
  • Oversee the overall client relationship, strategy, and financial guidance.
  • Prepare and present ongoing management and KPI reports to clients during regular meetings.
  • Supervise Senior Accounting and Accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements.
  • Consult on and implement the technology utilized: Xero, Quickbooks, Gusto, Harvest, etc.
  • Analyze and recommend financial and operational workflows for clients as required.
  • Develop processes and document best practices tailored to each unique client.
