The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the MarketStar Foundation in coordinating logistics and communications for our annual Global Day of Service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about community service and looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and logistics, project management, internal communications, and nonprofit operations. Location: Ogden, UT (Hybrid) What Will You Do? Assist in planning and organizing the Global Day of Service, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.Maintain and update event schedules, task lists, and other organizational documents.Coordinate communication efforts with volunteers, community partners, and internal teams.Help develop and distribute promotional materials and informational content related to the event.Support the team in volunteer recruitment and registration processes.Assist in the preparation and distribution of volunteer kits and supplies.Coordinate on-site logistics on the day of the event, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.Collect and organize feedback from participants to improve future events.Perform other duties as assigned to support the MarketStar Foundation's initiatives.What Will You Need to Succeed?
