Reports to: Visual Merchandising Specialist LAC & Brazil Main Purpose The VM Coordinator’s primary mission is to assist the Cartier Visual Merchandising Specialist in the excellence of Visual Merchandising across all points of sale in the market (LAC & Brazil) with the aim of increasing sales, profitability, and strategic objectives (Boutiques, Watch Specialists and Cruise Ships). THE AREA VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: Support the Visual Merchandising Specialist in the implementation of the Cartier International Visual Merchandising guidelines, display materials, seasonal campaigns, visual replacements, etc. in all commercial points of sale in the market. Ensuring Visual Merchandising consistency across the network is up to International Cartier standards, while reflecting each boutique's singularity. Managing orders and dispatching schedules to be in line with the product launches/thematic and POS budget, while working closely with Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries. Assist VMS with forecast and order all POS material for the market including the annual POS material replenishment and “One Off”, special launch animation/decoration requirements. Working closely with Supply Chain to guarantee appropriate stock levels. Provide seamless communication between all stakeholders involved in installation schedule plans (i.e. permit preparations, administrative support & logistics). Work closely with suppliers/vendors for local production of displays, campaign visuals, iconographies, etc. Provide VMS & International Visual Merchandising team with regular photo reports and images of seasonal launches in the regional network, making sure the implementations are consistent with Cartier standards. Assist on the tracking of the budget. Geographical area under responsibility: LAC & Brazil for all product lines (excluding Mexico) Job Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Fashion, VM) or any equivalent field Required experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser/Decorator for premium or luxury brand Affinity to the luxury/Fashion industry and the region’s retail and wholesale distribution channels is a plus. Up to 20% travel to LAC & Brazil. Technical skills / abilities: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams. Strong organizational skills Digital expertise/interest is a plus. Personal Skills: Client Oriented Aesthetic eye and interest in the luxury world. Highly self-motivated, focused, & result-oriented with a sharp attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Superior planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities. Proactive approach Operational skills and “hands-on” mentality Team player Adapts quickly to change and last-minute requests as needed.
